STEP 1:

In order to begin making a trade, you need funds in your account. Zukexchange offers a large number of coin wallets into which you can make a deposit. Please remember that only crypto-to-crypto coin transactions are supported and some of these coins have a minimum deposit amount.

STEP 2:

The markets are divided into tabs and several coins are listed under each tab with the latest prices quoted. By picking a coin listed in a specific tab, you select a trading pair to buy or sell. In the example shown below, the trading pair selected is ETH/ BTC where a user can buy or sell ETH in exchange for BTC. You can trade on either a desktop or a mobile device.

STEP 3:

To buy or sell a coin based on the trading pair you have selected (e.g. ETH/ BTC), go to the appropriate box and input the desired price and the amount of coins. Below is an example of a user buying ETH in exchange for BTC. You can input fields using 3 methods

STEP 4:

To complete your request, hit the 'Buy' button. Once you have placed an order, the system will look for a counter-party willing to sell at or below your ask price. If your asking price is lower than the lowest price that sellers are offering, your order will go into the order book as an open order until a new sell order becomes available where the price either matches your ask price or is lower than your ask price. Then, your order will filled at that time.

Orders can remain open indefinitely. You can find all of your open orders for the selected trading pair at the bottom of the exchange page . If you want to change an open order, you can cancel it and place a new order.

STEP 5:

Once your order is filled, it will appear as one or more trades under Trade History. Scroll down the exchange page for the selected trading pair to get to the Trade History section. You can view your own trades in the My Trades tab.

Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication (also known as 2FA or 2-Step Verification) is a technology that provides identification of users through the combination of two different components. With Two-Factor Authentication on Zukexchange, you'll protect your account with something you know (your password) and something you have (your phone).

Passwords are easy to steal. Have you ever done any of the following?

  • Use the same password on more than one site.

  • Download software from the Internet.

  • Click on links or download attachments in email messages.

These common habits put you at risk of having your password stolen by criminals who dedicate day and night trying to break into your accounts, assume your identity, and grab whatever they can when you least expect it: personal information, photos, money, etc.

With Two-Factor Authentication, you'll protect your account with two layers of information: 1) your password; and 2) your phone (with 2FA generated codes for single use).

Most people only rely on a single layer of protection (their password) because it appears to be convenient which also makes it easier for criminals to get into your account. With Two-Factor Authentication, if someone cracks your password layer, your phone is still needed to access your account. 2FA codes are uniquely generated for your account. They are meant for single time use and expire after a few seconds. It's highly unlikely that you'll use the same code to access an account more than once.

Step 1:

To begin, you will need to install an authenticator application on your phone. Some options are:

Step 2:

Next, login to your Zukexchange account. In the main menu, under the tool icon, select Two-Factor Authentication

Step 3:

You’ll need to add a Zukexchange account in your authenticator app. You can do that using either of these 2 methods:

  • Manual enter the 16 digit key OR

  • Scan barcode using app

Step 4:

IMPORTANT: Back up your recovery key!

Backup your 16 digit key/ barcode and put it in a safe place. If your phone gets lost, stolen, or erased, you will need this key to get back into your Zukexchange account! Without this key, the only way to regain access will be to open a support ticket. Account recovery without your 16 digit key can be a lengthy process.

Step 5:

Your authenticator app will generate a passcode for one time use against the Zukexchange account that you just set up. Go back to your Zukexchange screen and 1) Enter your password;  2) Enter the generated pass code and then hit ‘Enable 2FA’ button.

You're all set! From now on, every time you log into your Zukexchange account, you will be asked to enter your password first followed by the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.

Owning and gambling with cryptocurrencies is completely legal in most countries, however there are a few countries around the world who has prohibited their citizens to own different coins. If you are not from India or China, then you will not need to worry about any legal issues from owning the cryptocurrencies, as the rest of the world has accepted them and started to work with the virtual currency and not against it.

Just like most other things online, cryptocurrencies are not 100% safe. However if you protect yourself by having a difficult password you don't use other places, have a good antivirus program and take other safety precautions, then you will not have to worry about anything when you gamble with cryptocurrency online. The sites take all the necessary security measures as well, to ensure that hackers and other bad people will not be able to infiltrate their system and take any funds or data.

Once you request a new password using the forgot password feature an email will be sent to you with a link which will lead you to a page where you will be asked to set a new password.
